Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about selling eSIMs with your Stripe account and eSIM Access.
How do I start selling eSIMs?
Connect your eSIM Access account, connect your Stripe account, then set your markup and currency in the dashboard. Your branded eSIM store and payment links are ready to share immediately — most partners are selling within minutes.
What do I need to get started?
Two things: a Stripe account and a free eSIM Access account. eSIM Access Express connects them for $19/month, with the first month free and cancellation anytime.
Do I need to buy eSIM inventory upfront?
No. eSIMs are provisioned on demand from the eSIM Access wholesale catalog. When a customer buys from your store, the eSIM is created and delivered instantly — you pay the wholesale cost and keep the markup.
How do payments work?
Payments go directly to your own Stripe account using Stripe Direct Charge — we never hold your money. You can accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and SEPA, in 7 major currencies.
How much does it cost?
$19 per month. Your first 30 days are free before billing starts, and you can cancel anytime. Early subscribers keep their launch price when prices rise.
How much can I earn per eSIM?
You set your own prices. For example, an eSIM with a $5.00 wholesale cost sold at $8.99 earns you $3.99 profit on a single sale. Margins are fully under your control per product.
Do I need to write any code?
No. You get a hosted storefront, direct payment links for specific eSIMs, and an embeddable store popup. Share links on a landing page, email, messenger, video, or documents — no development work required.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. You get your own subdomain (yourname.esimqr.link) and can connect a fully custom domain. Customize your shop title, logo, and brand colors so the store is entirely yours.
How are eSIMs delivered to customers?
Instantly and automatically. After payment, customers land on a dedicated eSIM install page with a QR code, iOS one-tap install, and copyable activation details. They can track real-time data usage and top up from the same page.
Can customers top up their eSIMs?
Yes. Customers can buy top-ups for their existing eSIMs from their eSIM management page, and those payments also go directly to your Stripe account.
Who handles customer support?
eSIM Access handles eSIM support tickets 24/7. You can also set a custom support link so customer queries come directly to you.
What languages does the store support?
The customer-facing store and eSIM pages support 11 languages: English, Arabic, Croatian, Dutch, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Chinese, and Turkish.
